Im not sure how the application works for the University of Havana but I can give you the admissions contact for the medical university if you like. Basically I came to cuba with a "visitor/ tourist" status and the university took care of the immigration paperwork.

You would have to be between 17 and 25. Have completed secondary school, high school, alevel or pre university or equivalent. Have done sciences. They also ask for a medical record and police record
