due to border tension, mistrust,pulwama attack between india and pakistan,,its alternative to saarc, bcoz so many saarc member are in bimstec group, bimstec FTA, geographic location implicates to adopt blue economy,and connect to south east country. india play a major role to implemented bimstec, its a win win situation for all.....
