Historical decision by SC : Hindu marriage will be considered valid only when all the Hindu rituals are performed in it. Vaidik Mantras by Pandit ji, Saat Phere in front of Fire etc should be performed in full public view. Court said that Hindu marriage isn't all about dance, DJ, drinking etc, it's a sacred thing. This is a very important decision, it will prevent wokeism in Hindu weddings.

It is not affordable for everyone It is too expensive process . SC should repeal this act immediately. This law is against personal liberty . I also prefer love marriage bcoz I can't afford unnecessary expenditure of hindu marriage.

Every Hindu's marriage rituals are different from each other only saptpadhi is common.... Chahe fere lga lo Mangal sutra pehna do ya sindur dan kr do sadi complete tbhi hogi jb saptpadhi ka ritual complete hoga
