Main reason behind the unemployment in India is directly transfer of Indian economy from agriculture sector to IT sector which required highly skilled workers and it generates not so much employment as required so India should work on manufacturing sector which help in generating large number of employment it also increase purchasing power of people which is good for Indian economy

Government shouldn't be doing business. Because, in that case, the main objective of whoever comes to the power is to grab the key positions by placing their own people, making it profitable for those people and opposition would only be interested in stopping the business.

I agree with your point. But one major point which you missed is Policy Making in PSU. When the Govt becomes a major player in the sector, their policy for the sector goes bad. It gives rise to conflict of interest & the private players fail the business without much of their fault. Eg : Air India. On the good days of AI, all the Govt thought was how to make more & more money. This made GOI make many bad policy for the aviation sector & the sector couldn't even get out of it. Many airlines got shutdown coz of high fuel & airport charges.

The last point is super. A social government responsibility are creat regular employment, provide social benefits and job security for his citizens. But, most of private companies focus on profit rather than employees socially benifit that why most people prefer government sector instead of private sector. In fact most private companies bypass the rules and exploit the employees.

Our taxes is wasted on companies like BSNL, I am shocked - 15.5 thousand crore, mtnl - 3.5+ thousand crore. For army we spend 12-15 years to replace rifles, buy still can't change it because it costs 5 thousands crore but we waste 15 thousand crore in bsnl

Today most PSUs have young, educated and efficient manpower who get jobs after clearing tough exams like GATE and NET...corruption only exists in Govt. Administrative machineries like DTO Offices, PWD, Circle office, Revenue office, DC office etc.which are directly run by Govt or the elected bureaucrats and inefficient manpower and directly harass public in land and other matters...PSUs on the other hand are industrial establishment which do not deal with public directly and have a mixture of corporate mechanism and public utility service making them much more transparent...that is why MSME bill are passed smoothly by such PSUs while they have to line up for months in Govt offices to get bills cleared and after bribing the officials...PSUs should never be disinvested but Govt offices should be monitored strictly

In Simple words, If any Private entity profiting from some business, Govt will acquire ownership and take control and If same business in loss, It will ditch that private entity. Ex- Air India

Oh bhai..pagal ho kya. Post office is the back bone of India.. Post office ko modernize krne ka baath kro.. kuch din phele gaya tha delivery krne k liye, toh yehi private wale ne bola ki yeh area mai hum delivery nhi krte. Aur post office pe gya toh hogya delivery within 2 days.. agar post office nhi hota toh mai kaise delivery krta. GOI ko developed Krna chahiye POST OFFICE ko. Na ki bechna chaiye. Last mai GOI hi kaam aati h. Ukraine mai GOI kaam aaya tha. Private wale toh fare increase kr deta , fir tab yaad aata , air India hota toh etna paisa nhi dena parta. Mere hisab se GOI ko ek acha IIM &IIT ko hire Krna chaiye aur jo vi loss making h usko profit making pe convert Krna chahiye
