INS Vibhuti was the first missile boat built indigenously in India. It was commissioned into the Indian Navy on 12 October 1961. It was built at Garden Reach Shipbuilders and Engineers (GRSE) in Kolkata. Features INS Vibhuti was one of the most advanced missile boats of its time. It was equipped with the latest radar and weapons systems. It had a displacement of 285 tons and a top speed of 40 knots.
