Answer B is the right A) option wrong because 24 district in NCR region . C) option wrong because NDMC control only new Delhi district and NCR region govern by respective State . D) option wrong because NCR planning board established in 1985 to increase Delhi region. 1991 , 69 amendment act pass and Delhi legislative council established and their Chief minister election held in 1993 .
