I have many friends who came from China, and now immigrated in Canada. Their real stories are scary, both my friends worked more than 12 years in office but there is no increment or growth in salary (Govt use the money for own use BRT etc not for citizen), two child policy only for villagers to work like slaves, if any urban couple took more than one child they had to pay many money as fine each month for decade..otherwise Govt would kidnap and sell the child in name of adoption..Belive me India is very free nation..

Nothing new, this has happened in past to all the developing countries who went from under developed to developed riding on back of their population explosion. When you get developed, people become educated and realise raising kids is expensive and stick to raising only 1 kid or none at all.
