You can explain anything in support of your Mantra, Sam, Dam, Dand Bhed but never allow the people of J&K to cry for right of their opinion about broken promises of Central Govtt. However, in the long run the states that love their social and internal integrity will taste the effects of such Supreme court order. It will highly affect Jammu province than that of Kashmir province in near future.

J&K was always India's part and giving it a state status is the very best descision they've made. We can now discover so much potential in J&K. But why are you feeling sad about it? Every Indian should feel happy about this.

Lets just accept that whatever UoI did on 5th August was totally unconstitutional and arbitrary exercise of power. Whether or not parliament had the power to abrogate the article is another topic, the main thing is the means employed by admin to revoke the article were totally unjustified and pure abuse of despotic power.
