Sapinda marriage is invalid and illogical as per Vedic laws and constitution.. But one of the main point you forgot to mention is "Gotra Pavara" 😅😅 If the couple belongs to same gotra that comes from ancestry, "Sa-gotra" is forbidden in South India.. NTR example is vague... The gotra of NTR is different from his wife(because she is the daughter of maternal uncle whose gotra is different from NTR father) which is not forbidden...
