On what points Mutah and Nikah differs Can be a question As the process of dower paent clears in both kinds As a lawyer what should be your stand on such practices. Isnt it gender biased. Why should a choice be influenced by law. A choice should either be on merits or freedom of choice(no influence or force should be done). Why law encroaches instead of being neutral or be justified.
