Dishonesty means to gain something wrongfully from a person which causes wrongful loss to that person Eg: If I steal a gold watch from my friend then it'll be a wrongful gain to me cuz that watch wasn't mine and wrongful loss to my friend cuz I took theirs watch . Wrongful gain+wrongful loss= Dishonesty Fraudulently means to decieve someone which causes them loss + injury (injury to the mind like distress, body, reputation, property) Eg: If I with the intention to deceive my friend that if they give me 50k I'll make it double in a month and give them and they actually gave me the money but then i ran away that will cause loss and injury(distress to mind) to my friend. So in short Deceive+loss+injury=Fraudulently
