Yes you do...in notice we have to leave line after every line...i.e. date or time ...but it's not the same case with the body ....the body should be continuous . As for the email we leave line after every para..All the best!

I just got to see my preboards papers and the teacher granted me 1½ marks for using the format at 12:27 I'd also like to mention that she uses a completely different format!! like you said, vo dono format mein fer badal kar de rahi hai. According to her, the creative title, date venue and everything have to be aligned at left(like in second format) but written in between the box(like the first format). I think its wrong.
