nothing like that. Of course, if you do not make relevant points, you will lose marks. For example, if you are asked about cctv in schools and you start talking about cctvs in shopping malls etc, you will lose marks.

I am clueless about how I can help you with your handwriting. It is ok ... it is not the pages but the 350 words that are taken into account. A sensible examiner will hopefully notice there are 10 words in a line written by you as against the usual 7-8
