Size: 200 ml water glass
Materials:
-1 kilogram of pickled grape leaves
-3 water glasses of rice
-3 medium sized onions
-1 tablespoon tomato paste
-1 glass of olive oil
-1 cup grated tomato
-1/2 bunch of parsley and dill
-Juice of 1 lemon
-1 dessertspoon each of black pepper, mint and allspice
-1 teaspoon of chili pepper
-1 tablespoon of salt
-3 sugar cubes
Fabrication:
Firstly, put the pickled leaves in water and change the water 3 times every half an hour to remove the salt thoroughly. For the filling ingredients, pour 1 water glass of olive oil into the pot, add 3 fine chopped onions and fry for 5 minutes. Then add 1 tablespoon of tomato paste and fry some more. Then, pour 3 water glasses of rice and fry it on low heat for another 5 minutes. Add 3 sugar cubes, 1 glass of grated tomatoes, 1 teaspoon each of black pepper, mint, allspice, 1 teaspoon of chili pepper and 1 tablespoon of salt and fry a little more. Finally, pour the juice of 1 lemon, 1/2 bunch of fine chopped parsley and dill, roast it a little more and let the filling ingredients to cool. Drain the water from the leaves waiting in water. Tear off the stem parts of the leaves and lay them on the counter. Pour some of the filling ingredients of the leaf on them, depending on the size of the leaf. Then wrap the leaves thinly and tightly. After wrapping all the leaves, put the torn leaves on the bottom of the pressure cooker. Lay the stuffed grape leaves vertically in the pressure cooker. While cooking the stuffed grapes leaves, pour the juice of 1 lemon, 1 tea glass of olive oil and enough hot water to cover it, close the lid of the pressure cooker and let it boil over medium heat. When a sound starts coming from the whistle of the pot, lower the whistle and cook it on very low heat for 20 minutes. Then leave it to cool. If you do not have a pressure cooker, you may also cook the stuffed vegetables vertically in a normal pot, so that your stuffed grape leaves will cook better without falling apart. Enjoy your meal.
