Stuffed Masala Kofta Recipe Ingredients :
Boneless chicken leg and breast 500 gm
Brown onion ½ cup
Raw onion boiled paste 1
Gram flour roasted 3 tbsp
Ginger garlic 1 tbsp
Green chilies ground 4
Coriander leaves ground Handful
Seekh kabab masala 1 ½ tbsp
Salt ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Coriander powder 1 tsp
Roasted and crushed cumin 1 tsp
Green cardamom powder ½ tsp
Bread slices 2
Cream 1 tbsp
Ingredients for stuffing :
Boiled eggs mashed 2
Finely chopped coriander leaves 2 tbsp
Salt and pepper ¼ tsp
Crushed red pepper ½ tsp
Butter ½ tsp
Cottage cheese crumbled ½ cup
Ingredients for Gravy :
Oil ½ cup
Onion finely chopped 1
Ginger garlic paste 1 tbsp
Green chilies chopped 3
Coconut milk powder 3 tbsp
Green cardamom 4
flower of mace 1 small
Water to make a paste of all above ½ cup
To Make a Paste Of All :
Roasted ground cumin ½ tsp
Black pepper ½ tsp
Allspice ½ tsp
Chicken powder ½ tsp
Salt ½ tsp
Achaar gosht masala 2 tbsp
Lemon juice 2 tbsp
Crushed red pepper 1tsp
Yogurt ½ cup
Cream ¼ cup
Milk ½ cup
Dried fenugreek 1 tsp
Chopped coriander leaves for garnish
Method :
choppers all the ingredients for kofta together in a chopper, mix the stuffing ingredients, take a small portion of mince into your palm, flatten it, fill with stuffing in the center, and roll the kofta back into a ball, shallow fry.
Method for Gravy :
Heat some oil in a pan, fry onion green chilies, green cardamom, and mace till the onion is transparent. Now blend this into a paste, add ginger garlic paste and coconut cream powder to it, pour the prepared paste back in the pot with hot oil, fry for 2 mins, add all the spices, finally add koftas, add milk to adjust the consistency, lastly add cream, kasuri methi, garnish with coriander leaves.
Banana & Walnut Tea Loaf Recipe Ingredients :
Butter softened 4 ounces
Light brown sugar 5 ounce
Eggs slightly beaten 2
Walnuts chopped 4 ounces
Bananas ripped and mashed 2
Milk ¼ cup
Self-rising flour 8 ounce
Method :
Pre-heat oven to 180 d, grease well 2 pound loaf tin and line it with butter paper, beat butter and sugar, add eggs one by one, keep aside 1 pound of walnuts, and fold in the rest of the walnuts into the cream mixture with the banana and milk, fold in flour, out it in the tin, sprinkle on the reserved walnuts, bake for 50 mins until risen, keep it for 10 mins then turn out, remove the lining paper and cool.
