Move over, marshmallows...there's a new kid in town! These potatoes look incredible! Hearty, filling, comforting...and even healthy! They've got it all! I would have never thought to dress up sweet potatoes like this...white potatoes get all the attention, lol. I can think of half a dozen directions to go with this recipe. Thanks for getting our wheels turning by introducing us to such a fantastic recipe! Hope you and the family are all happy and healthy, and enjoying the last of the winter. There will still be a few more snowmen to be built, but I can't wait for Spring!
