Tim, I've been playing bass off and on, more off than on in the recent years, for 45 years and I don't think I'd ever be that tight. You play that as if you wrote it. Bravo, sir, bravo.

Such an underrated gem by Rush. Probably my favorite even more than 2112 and hemisphere. Major kudos for actually playing what geddy plays live.

This is so aw inspiring! Every time I hear Tim’s Rick with the Sansamp I can’t help think about Lloyd Shwartz from Tech 21. Did business with Lloyd years and he was purely a 100% standup guy.

So many bassist don’t get it right when it comes to Geddy’s tone. A big reason for Geddy’s tone has nothing to do with guitars, amps and processors, but more about his dynamics and no one hit bass strings as hard as Geddy does. That is a mechanic that’s necessary to play Geddy properly and match his sound. Besides Geddy himself, Tim is the boss. He has Geddy’s dynamics down perfectly and he hits them strings like they owe him money. Out of a hundred different Rush Tribute bands I have watch, Tim is the best at sounding like Geddy in concert,p. I’ve seen Rush thirty two times, never missing on tour since Permanent Waves, 1980. I vowed never to miss another concert. Hearing Geddy live and can tell how hard he attacks those strings and Tim sounds the most like him. Hey Tim, if you ever read these comments, then I have a massage, so here’s the messsage,….l.drum roll please…. Tim youre a bass-god!!

Hi from Norway. After googling your name, I found your Yynot band. Played the Synergos on Tidal, and now i understand how good you are playing your bass guitar. That tune was really good. I love prog rock from the 70s and up, and your band have it all. I have subscribed, and will check out the 3 albums you have on Tidal. I see your love for Rush, have you listened to the German band Eloy ? If not, try their albums from 1979-84 witch was their golden era. You will love the bass player Klaus Peter Matziol, he is awesome.

What synth plug in is that? Obviously one based off the minimoog, but who’s it by? I have all the ones by moog, the model 15 being my go-to. I also have an Oberheim based off the OB-8 for my iPad that’s pretty awesome And that shirt… close to Geddy’s “Lucky Hookers” shirt that he once wore so proudly high in hand
