When we were kids in the 70s we use to play in the back of the trucks..we would stand still and my uncle in the combine would dump on us all the way up to our necks.. We use to spend all day in those trucks.we had a ball...

That does sound like fun. In today’s world, you hear a lot more about the accidents that happen around the farm, but there are certainly good memories to be found as well.

That's very efficient. Starting to load the truck 5 seconds before it gets there.

Fence wire is my go to fastener.
@aTrippyFarmer4 жыл бұрын
Fence wire works great. It does get brittle after a while, so it’s more a once and done fix.

Use a needle or tiny screwdriver to clean out the USB port on your phone. It may just be packed with pocket lint preventing the cable from seating properly.

And blow it out with air. I would use a toothpick not metal pick.
@aTrippyFarmer4 жыл бұрын
I used a toothpick and some compressed air. It works for now, but eventually the port will need replaced. Thanks!

Where I live in Shelby county and we didn’t have rain for about three weeks than we got a 3inches of rain Illinois is a wired place to farm
@aTrippyFarmer4 жыл бұрын
Yes the weather sure is sporadic. Everything has dried back up from the big rain, so field work is back to full speed.

I’d suggest just taking a paperclip or something and cleaning out the charger port on your phone. I’ve had the same problem before and thought I was gonna have to get a new one
@aTrippyFarmer4 жыл бұрын
That’s what I did. It’s fixed for now.

get the external speakers for the cb you will hear things much clearer
@aTrippyFarmer4 жыл бұрын
I will look into that. These radios are great, but they could use a little better audio quality.

Hey bro. Just get a new charger. 9 times out of ten. Its the charger that fails.
@aTrippyFarmer4 жыл бұрын
I have like 10 chargers. It was definitely the port. Thanks for the suggestion!
