Hearing what you said about the elephant shield being the wrong way round on your Toenail Clipper made me rush and check mine out. I found that it's only the wrong way round 50% of the time.

Received the blue micarta version a few days ago and couldn’t believe how well made it is? I just now ordered the green version as I was struggling on what color to go with prior, and now that I know the quality is there, I had to get the green as well! Really well done AKB and QSP!

Thanks for the look man! That green looks great man, especially the other side. I’m still torn on the shield orientation. Some extra information not in video: the stop pins were a strong consideration and a guard against blade rap. I didn’t go over my notes in the video much but that was one. Also using a slip will keep it cleaner than a standard clipped knife. However the stainless construction, and the very clean finished internals should make for a much easier clean than say an old crusty scout knife with a simple qtip and some 3-in-1.

Wharnys always my favorite - but this guy doing great - also no prob w steel or treatment very comparable to old skool protechs w same steel - will have to "test" the bottle opener this weekend to make sure it works 🤣🤣🤣

Beautiful modern slip joint, it would be more to my liking with another equal size blade of a different type, like a coping blade. The empty space is a dust and dirt collector. You could use it for a change purse.

😂 yes you could, at least a couple dimes! I would prefer another blade over a caplifter… or a single blade! But I appreciate a screwdriver

Mostly in to single blades, but the cap lifter flat head combo is nice. Wouuld like to see this done in a slimmer profile. The knife came out great, my personal preferences aside. Dig the review Mr. Thoughts

I got this same version with the green slip from Foolish Pride and I love both. I highly recommend that slip.

Pretty cool. Not a huge fan of the big gap the shorter cap lifter leaves. I know it's unavoidable with this design, but if you're not carrying this in a slip you'll be constantly cleaning that out.

Mine green one has splotches of brown, so it's a little weird. And the half stop on the main blade of mine is mushy. But walk and talk on the cap lifter is phenomenal. The walk and talk of the main blade is also good but that mushy half stop😕
