Price was asking “how are we meant to avoid that?” As soon as you hear the warning sounds that a giant (or fire hounds) are coming, everyone runs fast to leave the base. He will always spawn on one of the players. If someone is at base he will surely spawn there. It’s a good idea to have a fire pit and a chest in an area away from base (at least two full screen distances away). Put down a campfire when you arrive too if it’s deerclopse as he cannot destroy a campfire, only a fire pit. It’s a good idea to keep some weapons and armor in the chest in case someone is caught unprepared at that time. The fire pit and chest may get smashed, but that’s not a big deal to rebuild. I also recommend having a field of planted trees near this ‘panic room’ area. This tree farm planted in preparation of autumn let’s you make good use of bearger. Get him to chase you around the large tree farm and he will chop allllllll your winter wood for you. Once he has made himself useful, you can team up and take him down.

@@mandiehuns1602 there is a way to find moon island, if you discover the whole map, you will see that it will kinda make U shape, meaning if you imagine the map as a circle, there is a part that is missing and there is water instead (meaning par of land is disconnected). If you sail in that direction to the sea, there is high possibility that you will find the moon island

Hey Jas and Ash you can make beekeeper hats and it will reduce the damage from all types of bees by 80% so if you need bees or honey you should wear them. They cost 8 silk and 1 rope and I'm not sure whether or not you have that much silk in your situation but yeah. Don't(get) Stung Together

To find the moon island look for a spot on the map where the land just cuts off very cleanly. Like a straight line, as if someone just cut the continent in half. Go in that direction in the ocean and you will find moon island.
