@@alanpashley3227 its not that simple. The residential parks tend to be park homes which are part brick, part caravan. The 12 month sites are for holiday homes and not residential. The council are really strict on this.

Stunning - but as already commented what about 12month residential homes for sale. There is a demand out there for residential lodges/Park homes on a residential site instead of being conned into paying council because it's your main residence but the site only has a holiday licence. At least you had the decency to describe it as a holiday home 😮
