Depends on the ballpark! Jk jk Bad dad joke… I can give a little background on this home and the 3 others next to it. The property was listed by the builder at $1,150,000.00, we negotiated a little and ended up settling at $1,050,000.00 ( because it was an all cash deal with a quick close). The builder has one of the other three on the market for the same listing price ( $1,150,000.00) the other two will more than likely be the same price. They have a few of the same model available in the area but the acreage is not same.

@@KeithMorgan no pool, my buyer is adding one with a local pool builder. It may be a possibility with a higher offer ( close to asking) for the builder to have one installed) it will probably be a cookie cutter 14-28 rectangle though ( still a pool though)

I have heard a lot about Hallandale Beach but have never been. I do visit the Ft. Lauderdale/Plantation areas once a month but have never made it to that area. I will have to check it out
