I enjoy the real estate videos. They let us see what is available for those of us seriously researching to make the move to Ecuador. Thank you for your hard work and time. I don't understand why the critics click on a clearly titled video if it's not what they are interested in seeing. Keep up the good work.

Gracias! We feel the same way. We wished we had these videos before we moved here to make it less scary. But we get soooo much criticism for showing real estate, that we probably won't do another one for a while. These are a real pain to organize, film and edit so they're not worth all the negativity.

@@AmeliaAndJP That's a shame that you get negative comments for doing the real estate vids. It makes total sense to me for you to make them since you are encouraging people to check out Ecuador and it's a big help to know how much places are and what they look like. I think people want to see tourism-focused videos where they can see the sites vicariously through you and when you post a "boring" video of condos, they don't enjoy those. I actually enjoy all of your vids! Thank you for sharing and enjoy Ecuador!

Wonderful work on the video-as usual. First time commenting since I noticed negative comments complaining at the uptick in real estate videos and felt compelled to weigh in and voice my huge appreciation for the work you do. I can’t say I understand or agree with the complainants’ points- your videos are so much more informative and educational than either a quick google search on the internet or a scour of listings on real estate websites. Until one buys a plane ticket and does an actual in-person tour of properties in Ecuador (which may be the only way to gather detailed, objective information about specific properties), your videos are the next best thing for us still exploring a broader vision for ourselves and seeking affirmation of what’s out there. It’s not a substitute for people doing their own homework and legwork. However, I believe there is a demand for these videos, along with your slice of life content, because they debunk people’s assumptions of what’s financially within the range of possibility and are super inspiring for those of us actually planning to move to Ecuador one day. I personally can’t unsee those gorgeous ocean views now that you’ve put them in my head through your videos. So thank you again for incorporating them into your channel and I hope you continue to share more in the future!!!!

hi guys, thank you for the amazing video. The first unit (~1:50-2:00 minutes into the video), it's unclear if HOA is per month or per year. The voiceover says per year, but the text says 1$ per square meter per month. That would make HOA fees for this condo over 1k a month, which is too high even for New York City :)
