Anyone serious about moving to an affordable, beautiful country that's safer than many US cities should jump on getting in on this. I've been watching these videos for a few yrs now and had we bought back then, our condo would have increased in value by quite a bit. There's no losing here. This condo has perfect views.

All that and no bathtub or jacuzzi tub in the Master?! Why?! 🙄. It's so expensive for not even having a luxurious Master bath.. it's small and zero view from a luxurious bathtub.. honestly don't get it.. However, those glass balconies that have gone in this past week are looking mighty slick... They look so beautiful with that hint of turquoise green glass..I live half a block from there right next door to the Lanzarote.. even though it's super messy (construction! 😜) it's fun to watch all of these projects come up like this. 😊😊😊

Thank you for your comment, and yes a tub would be great, but they just aren't really desired/popular here so most builders don't add them. Hey bud thanks! Things here are still safe for the general public, its just the bad guys going after each other for the most part. People still walk the beaches, walk around restaurant row at night etc. We still feel the US is more problematic with all the violence and shootings back home unfortunately. JP and Amelia left because they had always wanted to travel more, so they took their show on the road while ago. They are such great people and we miss them, but we are happy they are following their dream! Have a great weekend and thanks as always for the support!

The HOA will probably be around $1.50m2 and include your insurance as well. The yearly taxes will probably be less than $400 for the whole year! Just another bonus to owning property here:) Thanks for your support and enjoy your week!

Thanks so much and we always appreciate your support! Yes I usually upgrade the camera every 2 yrs, but in the past when I have filmed with Gopro, the lighting can be to dark. I've also had problems finding decent mic equipment for wireless with the Gopro. Any other ideas though plse feel free to share as we always want to do the best work/results! Enjoy your week!
