I have an idea that you might find helpful- when you’re doing a property reveal, why not show the area on a map of France? Many people, particularly North Americans don’t realize where it’s is in relation to areas they may have heard of. Fantastic property & the price$ is amazing! Wow, I am always amazed by French property prices. If it was where I live in eastern Pennsylvania 1 1/2 hours from NYC it would cost around $2 million! We also have the beautiful historic stone houses but a tiny two bedroom is half a million or more. If I was younger, I would live in France. Great tour Tom and Sean. Always fun when you do these tours.

How difficult is it for someone outside of the country to purchase property in France?

Not too difficult at all and if it is being purchased as a holiday home then as long as you do not stay for more than 90 days at a time there is no problem.
