I like all three of those places,Charles. For me, each is more than spacious enough;the kitchens are perfect and the bathrooms are ideal. It's nice to see that the landlord didn't take the cheap route. 👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻👍🏻

Great to run into Charles Munroe again. Missed his appearances on Cash Jordan's vids when I stopped watching after Cash's work became dystopian grievance pieces. Thanks for the tour. (Especially love the pre-war buildings.)

Loved the views out of the living room windows in that 1st one. Very nice building, kept the old school style. That last kitchen was my favorite. Hope you fill them right up.🌇

These are some stunning places to live! The windowed kitchen in Manhattan is a hugh bonus - if ya cook anything! But most impressive was the cleanliness throughout the building! That's where you want to live - a well maintained building. Someone really cares! Rents are high, but it has always been that way to live in the Village - no other place like it. Sign those leases 💜

Now that's a real old school charmer! 24 hour doorman is hard to find anymore. Loved the arches & hardwood floors. Not really eat in kitchens tho. I was surprised that the bathrooms didn't have the hampers built in the walls! Now that's old school 4 sure!

Vintage apartments like these are likely to have large, well-lit rooms with character. Sometimes kitchens are small, though the second unit had a more complete one than most studios, and the last one seemed a decent size. It's an elevator building with laundry, and it looks like newer windows throughout. I presume heat and hot water are included, though you might need your own a/c units. They are all attractive offerings, though the prices boggle my mind. The location is apparently in demand!
