I love browsing floor plans, so im glad you include them.

I think the last one was the easiest to arrange separate sleeping/living spaces. I like that you included the floor plans. It's so much easier to conceptualize the spaces for comparison.

Great Video! I really enjoy looking at the architecture in each historical building. To answer your question I would love to see units in Coney Island as well as Staten Island. Also, highlighting areas near dog parks for my two fluffy ones.

@@hayley_bailiff thank you 😊 when you grow in the country it’s hard to live in the city 😞 I like my space , we once live in town and it drove me crazy , I heard things that no one wants to hear 🤣 I was in NYC when I was around 17 yrs old and it was interesting, first time going on a subway 😫 it was nice to visit but I would not survive there 😞 have you ever been to California 🌴 ????

I went out to the West Coast for the first time last year and it was gorgeous! Definitely hoping to spend some more time out there either this year or next. We drove up the PCH when I went which was definitely a dream.

The apartments are newer which I happen to like but they don’t have great views but are basic decent places to live. I happen to love this neighborhood and if I ever moved back would want to live in financial district as number one choice
@SmokeJuly8 ай бұрын
Had a friend live in the financial district. I couldn’t understand why people had an aversion to it until about 6pm. New York may not sleep but some areas definitely become desolate at a certain hour. That was 8 yrs ago; I wonder if it’s still the same.
@MattSezer8 ай бұрын
I actually like the desolateness of it, but it isn't worth the price, unless you work there, considering that Queens is actually closer to a lot of midtown, and more people work in midtown now than downtown.

Can we see apartments in the Bronx, near Yankee Stadium?
@hayley_bailiff7 ай бұрын
I'm not very familiar with the Bronx so I'm not quite sure what management companies I can ask to show some units, but if I do head up there I'll keep this request in mind! I'm finishing up a video on Murray Hill today and my next apartment tour video will be on Brooklyn Heights since I already started recording those videos

Since its summer some of these units are around $3300-$3400 now, but will likely dip back down to $3200 again next winter. That's when buildings have the best deals, and this client was looking at the end of January.
