This triple wide is HUGE and setup on 40 beautiful acres!! The manufacturer for this house is Deer Valley Homebuilders. The model for this home is the "Koinonia." This home has 3 bedrooms(can be a 4 bedroom) and 3 bathrooms and has roughly 2,640 square foot. Let me know what you think about the video! I hope you enjoy this mobile home walk through video.

A home this nice should not have fiberglass tubs and shower stalls. One other thing I noticed is the kitchen and bathroom counters, they seem to be plastic laminate surfaces. This home should have quartz or granite counters. I have a fiberglass shower pan that is 10 years old and it shows it, this is very nice but I would still need some things changed out to make it my perfect home

I loved seeing one of these homes actually being lived in. It's a great example of how you can customize a home to make it your own with porches, garages, trims, etc. The intro was pure gold; you are making the most of your drone without being too crazy with it. The one thing I would suggest is that from this point forward, talk to the homeowner(s) specifically about any cabinets, closets, etc. that can and cannot be opened. That way you will know for sure what they will be comfortable with. Also, that will give you an opportunity to ask them if there are any unique features in the kitchen or bathrooms, etc. that we shouldn't miss but are behind closed doors. That way if there is a pull-up shelf for a mixer, special drawers, etc. you can show us those options. And please don't worry about "topping" this video! Every home you show us is unique and you will continue to find new places for us all to experience with you. :)

This type of home cuts out thousands of dollars compared to building this home from the ground up. This actually would be more affordable for many people over building and enables more people to afford something like this. Still expensive, but more affordable by far. Still a manufactured home, no matter how you cut it, but very beautiful & stunningly done, nonetheless.

You could easily convert one of the bedrooms into a pantry; both working (daily) & longer term storage with 11x15 size rooms and shelving units... Black out drapes, temp controlled and use dehumidifier to control humidity levels in room...

According to the plans that wasn't a closet beside the second bath, it was a fourth bedroom.

Yeah, it looked like they swapped the study with the bedroom. On the floorplan, when you walk in the front door, there is a bedroom on either side then a study down the hall where we saw the back bedroom (as Chance called it) in the tour. The advantage, I think, to doing that was with the study to the left of the front door, they were able to leave it open and use it as a sitting room. The fourth bedroom is the apartment over the garage. Of course, the apartment would also have a bathroom. So, including the apartment, the house is actually a four bedroom / 4 bath. Without the apartment, it is a three bedroom / 3 bathroom.

So, yes, the floor plan does show four bedrooms, three bathrooms and a study down the hall to the right after you walk in the house. The house that Chance toured has a bedroom there and an open area, set up as a sitting room, to the left when you walk in the door. It's different from the floor plan.

Options allow changes like huge master closet instead of bedroom, add or expand a room, just like the options you have for wood or wire shelves, countertop type, flooring, etc. I've seen some cool options to some that just put it over the top like a door off master to back porch or door from master closet to laundry room, etc. Awesome if you have enough money to do it! 😁

Absolutely Fabulous!!! This house showed perfectly what you've been saying about how the houses will look so different when they are on your land with your fixtures.
