Our Deer Valley Home looked like that for about 3 to four months and then it fell to pieces. It's now 3 years old, and thanks to Deer Valley, the retailer, the installer, and TDHCA, we can't legally live in it. Deer Valley refused to repair it because I was caulking the trim and repairing the terrible sheetrock tape job they did on it at the factory and the lousy paint job that the trim out crew did. They also filled the AC cabinet with sheetrock dust even though I asked them to turn it off while sanding the sheetrock repairs they did.

This home is my fantasy; only thing I would change is the color of the cabinets and the kitchen island. There are more than enough bathrooms for everyone. All the bedrooms have nice sized closets, but that master bedroom closet is the biggest I've ever seen! 😳 And it has two smaller closets within a closet! The master bath is to die for, it has everything I would want. The large utility room with the sink is a nice finishing touch!
