It kind of sounds like the BS I'm dealing with on my bogus disorderly conduct charge for speech alone simply because I used a few profane or vulgar words. The first plea agreement was that I choose either take the disorderly conduct charge or the obstruction charge and the other is dismissed and then the second plea agreement is that the only charged me with a municipal citation for the disorderly conduct only. The big problem with my cases I have an attorney that despite me hand feeding him everything he needs to have my case thrown out he is copping an attitude telling me that he runs my case and is the boss and that I have to do what he says in my case. My biggest problem is that I am homeless with two cats so I don't have the money to pay for an attorney

Funny story involving a ton of snow, all road traffic being shut down, and a guy at a diner who was drunk as a monkey who was more concerned with getting two young soldiers who were stranded in a blizzard back to the base so they wouldn’t freeze to death in the snow than he was worried about getting hemmed up. Obviously I didn’t freeze to death thanks to that patriot. You don’t have to wear a uniform to be a patriot!

The only time I was ASKED to sit in the front seat I was stumbling drunk walking-ish down the street. As soon as I sat down I knew the rush was on. Eventually he drove me to an ATM for $200 (all I had). I walked home and 2hrs later his IA officers were knocking. They already knew the story and I told them that without my $200 I had nothing to say. The Lt rolls out the cash (his cash) and we meet at the bank where their cameras showed me standing at his door counting out the money and showing him my balance stub. I dropped that reciept in his car while he was counting the money. I never heard from them again but I got my money and was living 3 states over 10 days later.

I have a nerve sheath tumor in my back and year's ago I got stopped by the the RCMP in Canada. I had a quarter pound of cannabis in my truck that I grew my self. It was still fresh just harvested that day. The police told me that it was the stinkyest in the whole area. The police said that I had 4 pounds. I had just gotten my cannabis prescription had all the paperwork except the final pink sheet. By the time I went to court i had all documents for the prescription. I ended up paying $1000 fine. The prosecutor wanted 4 years. Funny thing is that my prescription allowed me to possess 4.5 pounds of cannabis. The police lied about the amount because they wanted a bigger conviction. By the way the quarter pound of cannabis disappeared missing. Smoked?
