Why should he have to take it off if he doesn't want to and isn't causing a problem? As he points out, Veils from burkas also cover the face of the person wearing it, yet you will never see a grocery store or gas station attendant ask them to remove theirs. It's a stupid double standard, it either applies to all or none, having special rules based on race is RACIST and aren't we supposed to be not racist?

If he's a thief and steals anything, they won't have a face to hold accountable. It's fair to ask them to take off their helmets as it is to ask any customer to take off a mask on a cold day when it's warm inside. If they have a medical condition, a scar, or an illness then that's understandable to want to hide. But the customer doesn't have to cry like a child about it.
