The car likely did check his mirrors and likely saw a motorcycle 10 car lengths back. When the car sees this and begins to move accordingly, it is upon the motorcycle rider to be going a safe speed.

The Military Rider - I myself a non rider encountered a motorcyclist coming the wrong way and on my lane... This resulted in one hell of a head on collision. Luckily the biker was seriously injured but made a full recovery. I was doing everything as i was supposed to and yet still found this biker coining round a blind corner in my lane!. I'm lucky to have not killed him because i could only imagine the anger that would have filled me because of his mistakes repercussions. The rider turned out to be a foreigner who mistakenly took to the wrong side of the road when he set off on his ride. All is well and I swear he was so lucky to have found me and not anyone else on the speedy part of the road. head up guys it could happen at any time & to anyone.

Yup Karma hit him back. he deserves the cut...2 reasons 1: In India there are no rules so you have to be careful by yourself 2: they say without signaling truck turned but what they were doing? Cutting everyone also without signaling also speeding also went backwards on the main front only road

The second video was not the truck drivers fault. The biker was riding on the white line thus giving the impression that he was in the left lane. Either he stay inbetween the 2 white line to ensure drivers behind him are not in 2 minds.
