I build and ride bicycles myself.Thanks Rick for helping to fight prostate cancer.Two years ago we thought I had prostate cancer but after a lot of test I don't have it.I have a check up now once a year so far I'm safe.For some reason I have always been pulling for you on your golf.I could not ask for anything better.I'm in the USA/Maine thanks for giving it your all.

Good for you. Was diagnosed with prostate cancer at the age of 55 in 2019 and the Prostate Cancer UK website was a brilliant source of information and support. All sorted now. Key is to get tested, even if symptom-free, as I was.

My brother just had his prostate removed as he has Stage 3 prostate cancer and found out they did not get all the cancer. Now he has to go through Chemo to hopefully get the rest. Thanks again. Keep on keeping my spirits up by making content that help forget about this terrible disease.

as difficult as that was for you rick, im sure it pales in comparison to the experiences of individuals that are directly going through this, the chemo.. the difficult conversations with family.. the sleepless nights they have wondering what the future holds for them, and definitely the ones that are going through this alone. hats off to you rick for you bringing attention to this but the real winners from this are the ones that are going through this and live each day as optimistically and as hopeful as the last. god bless you sir.

I did the MS 150 a few years back where we did 100 miles (160 km) on day one and 50 the next day. That first day was brutal. It was all on a good bike, not sure if I could have used Barry on that trek. Good for you, great cause, thanks for sharing.

As someone who biked 50 miles in two days with a crappy bike with a backpack full of stuff on my back. It's very difficult, wears you down, and you have to conserve water and food between cities. My friends did 200 miles in a course of 5 days, so i didnt make it the whole way. It's insane! We camped outside so did not get a lot of sleep lol. Great video and great cause!
