At the Baton Rouge velodrome, we had a rider who would come off the track and bunny hop onto his rollers, then remove his jersey over his head. When it was time for his next race, he would take the jersey off the table next to him and put the wet jersey back on, bunny hop off the rollers and ride off to his race.

Thanks a bunch for this video. As a new rollers user I now see what is possible. This really boosts my confidence. I have already started emulating getting on the bike then the bike on the rollers. Big improvement over the clumsy method I was previously using. Thanks again.

This rider proves my point in another YT roller video: excellent form! Rollers produce smooth pedal stroke and well-controlled steering for peloton riding. Plus, the no-hands, one-legged riding is beyond impressive! This is what rollers do: improve technique!

I know the song , it's the dutch band Focus with the song 'Hocus Pocus'. I wasn't even born then lol... Thumbs if you love that song and endured the love of a man for his bike. Love my Koga Miyata Team Edition from 2009 with Ultegra SL groupset,3T Arx teamstem, 3t rotundo pro 40 cm bars and handbuilt wheels of Sapim butted spokes and xtr hubs(non disc version, know it's odd for a race bike)and mavic open pro rims. Durano Plus 622-25mm tires. And a PRO XLT seatpost with a Brooks Team Pro Titanium

To a casual observer this doesn't look like much - but I KNOW! The standing up at high cadence take a lot of conditioning; and the almost track-stand was most impressive. Back in the day I won a few roller races. Lost a few too when I fell off and landed on the spinning rollers. I still have the nasty burn 30 years later. Also, you've got long sleeves. Bare chest is the only way to do this.
