Loving the 400ex content!! Love my 440ex! My front plastic tabs were broke too. I used some aluminum sheets and rivets! I used a torch to bend my steering stem back to straight.

Hope you have better luck with your cheap carburetor rebuild kit then I did. I got one off eBay and the float bowl gasket leaked immediately. Had to get oem. No more leaks. 🤘

great video, i had to make special tool to get my 400 ex stuck swing arm bolt out on my channel is the video, some are stuck mine was a 01 never changed the bearings we smashed inside there real bad..did carrier and new rear hubs and axle since previous owner welded the hubs to the axle lol, had cut it off.. great budget build bro!!

Carburetors are 100 times easier to remove without the front plastics and fuel tank in the way ... better cleaning that way too
