Best time to go through Sturgis is off season. Took my family, had a nice lunch and walk around, then drove on toward the east. It was okay.

We stayed mainly in Deadwood, so it wasn’t too busy. Sturgis was on a different level of busy!

I went to pre rally in 2017. We were there the week before. Spent one afternoon in Sturgis and Deadwood. Mostly we were there to ride. We rode to Devils Tower one day. Walked through Mt Rushmore and Crazy Horse and drove by Full Throttle once. It was still closed. I don’t think I would enjoy it much durning the actually rally. To peopley for me.

Hi! Devils Tower was the first place we hit. The Full Throttle was amazing! And, not as busy as you might think. Now Sturgis Main Street, you couldn’t move. My favourite is deadwood, I’d definitely stay there again😁
