I got old I guess or it got to weird or both! I liked the days in my prime as a biker with a giant beard, jeans , black t shirt and not everyone having tattoo sleeves! Now I’m just a grumpy old “hater” ! Things never and cannot remain the same! Enjoy the moment my younger people while you can it passes by quickly!

I went to Sturgis bike week, but it was more like Sturgis TRAILER week! The campground we stayed in was nothing but a sea of bike trailers where most of the people trailered their bikes to Sturgis. I was drinking coffee outside my tent one morning & a guy walked by & said, hey where’s your trailer, I said I don’t have one, I rode mine to Sturgis, & he said wow, you’re hardcore man, & I said, NO I’m a true biker.

Right on man! I'd say blame it on the campgrounds they make it a priority to sell more expensive luxury sites for RVs. The tent sites are far smaller in area, it was hard to find a place to pitch my tent when I arrived at the buff chip on the 3rd Day of the rally RVs took up almost the entire Chip. Campgrounds have promoted the rise of trailering bikes due to increasing the area for RVs and decreased tent camping options that's what I see at the chip at least

I’m a yogini, bookworm, and a hermit. If it were up to me I’d never leave my house 😂. I’ve never been on a motorcycle but I watch these videos every year. Some of the bikes are super cool, and it’s neat to experience Sturgis from my living room.Thanks for posting.

You would love paddle boarding, you can sit on it, stand, lay down and sun tan, I do a combination of all. And its portable since they are inflatable! A life jacket would be sufficient. Nature is definitely my peaceful place!!
