In terms of production, this is the most WCW looking show, the WWF ever produced. Right down to the no name country singer(Medlocke), and even the location(Baltimore a popular WCW locale). The microphones not working and the dark crowd, were just the icing on the cake.

Bret Hart has a whole 'nother triple DVD worth of matches from the Rumble, King of the Ring and Raw, since his 2005 DVD was just "the greatest hits" - generally missing fueds with Strike Force, Demolition, Brain Busters, Undertaker and Diesel, matches against Fatu, Kwang, 123 Kid up to Vader, Shamrock and Patriot while the Superstars/Wrestling Challenge shows and Coliseum Video exclusives could add about a dozen extras like Crush, Adam Bomb, Barbarian and Warlord. PS- Brets first TV Sharpshooters were against Hutch Thomas and The Genius in the spring of 1991 !

This was a great podcast. It was an interesting time at WWE. I would have loved to seriously been a fly in the boardroom and backstage when the shit was hitting the fan. With Vince on trial, everybody been sue happy after the Chuck Austin tragedy and now Vince's back is messed up. Vince comes off as a control freak, I wasnt surprised that Bruce had to take calls every match from Vince. It was funny when they got to the WWE Tag Team Championship match cause you could tell that Bruce just wanted to cry cause as he was describing it, he just wants to cut his loss and leave. I thought Gorilla and Randy should have been commentary by themselves. The fact Art Donovan was on and he didn't know his ass from a whole in the head made commentary crappy. I could tell half way through Gorilla and Randy had it. They were both so professionals. I thought they should have just both walked off. It would be interesting if they did a watch along with this ppv.

Bruce oversold how great of a ball player James Dudley actually was. Mr Dudley played in 60 games in 8 years for the Baltimore Elite Giants as the team's third catcher. He spent far more time in the bullpen warming up the pictures than he did on a baseball field during that time

This would have been an awful time have Scott turn on Rick. Bret vs. Owen was the hottest feud in wrestling at the time. First time I ever saw brothers feud. Suddenly having another brother vs. brother feud after not having a single one for many years would have been awful. Having then split up and Scott turn heel but not having them feud wouldn't have made much sense either.

DK Barbados Piper And Lawler we’re slated for a feud in Georgia in 1983. Both cut promos, which were tremendous. Ole Anderson, ever the idiot, fired Piper, and they never got to have a match. Sadly, a decade later, they stunk out the joint at this show.
