That's very interesting! I would've placed collar lines and ruffle lines in details pillar. At least I understand shapes now. It's funny that "A-line" skirts are more like A-shape skirts in terms of pillars. Answering your question - I would be interested in any content regarding your 4 pillars concept. I imagine some principles in outfit building process may resemble your kibbe+essence explanation. I'm all for more analytical and measurable approach when it's possible along with occasional "it just works somehow". I'm glad to gain some tangible answers regarding my outliers from kibbe/fruit body types journey. Thank you for sharing!

I think collars could be placed in details, but overall the ruffles helped to show the type of fabric and what it was doing line wise, so that’s why I showed that line (lines tend to repeat inside the garment if they are the same fabric 👍🏻) . Yes I do think there is overlap but the true magic happens when you use it to customize your own pillars and applies it to your ideal aesthetic

Loved this! Makes so much sense. Episode idea: How to adapt your style as your body changes! Scenario: I'm currently going through a body transformation via exercise and diet which is helping me gain healthy weight (I have been underweight most of my life). Though my kibbe is the same (FN) I have a jucier bum and more muscular arms that I never wanted to show off before but now I do! I know of people who also struggle with their style as they're losing weight or while they are pregnant. How do you navigate this shift as your body transforms and your clothes no longer fit? I hope this isn't a controversial question to ask 🙏🏿

Thanks Gabby for this video, it helps a lot. I tend to obsess over corectness of my own descriptions for outfits, is it really a rectangle or is it square, almost as if I was taking an exam on this. 😅

I get it, I can be like this too. But as long as you can see the patterns, that’s the most important thing! 👍🏻

I love the content and the explanation / very clear and useful - but knowing you are driving while filming this made me anxious (even if you feel confident of your driving, others may be behaving dangerously along your path). Please be safe!!! ❤
