Ive watched a bunch of your style type series videos and I love them, but it would be great if you could try the pieces on. Clothes often looks different on the hanger than it does on a person. I know it would take longer to edit and film, but I think it would make the videos better. But I'm definitely staying subscribed either way.

For about year I tough that my style is minimalism. Thanks to your videos I realize that my stile is more Casual Chic than minimal.

Hey Lauren.....thanks for the link. Yep that is me the casual one. So I have a fashion question that I bet a lot of us have. Can you do a video on what to wear to a company holiday party for a variety of ages. I am a very youthful 62 and want to wear something appropriate for my husbands new company party likely the cocktail dress code. There are lots of events over the season from Thanksgiving at someones house to New Years eve events. Wow this could be several videos and I bet many of your followers of all ages could benefit from your advice. Right now I am going try to find a simple black dress and add jewelry, a nice jacket and shoes is the goal. Always love your take on how to put stuff together.

People in my town don't dress up much to go grocery shopping or even to eat at one of the fast food restaurants. The men, particularly, make no efforts to look stylish or put together. I'm tired of looking at plain casual.

The most problematic thing about casual chic for me is the high shoes, which i can't were during work.. and even feel not SO comfortable in my household stuff like grocerie shopping. But maybe it fits with clean sneakers as well. I often feel overdressed, even if it's not casual, but "only" casual chique, u know what i mean? even these outfits i have to downdress :D
