I had a bout of bad back pain a year ago, and I'd seen this video and I remembered what she says about her injury being mental, not just physical. That was so hard for me to accept, but it really was true for me, too. This video gave me a lot of strength, and I'm thankful for that.

Beautiful. I herniated my disc also and it was very hard to accept that it was a mental thing. When I finally 'shook my back's hand', I took my life into my sphere again. I didn't feel outside of it anymore. You cannot work against your body - nothing ever gets done that way. You must work with it.
