I so get that with the being tired from travelling. I think some people may not understand it at all and be like how tf can u, you get. to travel. But it just shows how important it is to have balance and listen to your body. Sometimes staying in sitting on a sun chair by the pool and doing nothing is so so amazing. 9:00 i so get that. Also, I feel like how you talk and think becomes more important in that situation. When I was travelling (i did 3.5 months) after a while I would just keep telling people i feel so tried pre much negative things and i kinda realised it was making the situation worse. Like all the negative talk goes against you and instead you could just say like ik im tired but im going to make sure tommorw i have a chill day etc.
