I swear when SP talk, its like people dont get the bigger picture of what he's expressing. He says he respect people (adults) when they make their own decisions for themselves, but want those same people to be held accountable for the message they're giving the youth. Basically u lead by example in everything u do, and it isnt always a ME thing, its a WE thing.

I mean I’m white and while they do obviously cover many exclusively black subjects, it’s nice to just watch some dudes who came from nothing not bullshitting or constantly flexing on they’re audience while giving genuine good life and financial advice, because I’ll tell you there’s a whole lot of white people who relate a lot with these subjects too. Even the one time they brought up that being black when they get money they have to go backwards with it and buy they’re parents a home and aunts uncles cousins and all I could think was if I become successful enough I have to do that same exact thing. But it’s nice to have just good people giving good advice in general even if they favor a certain side. I will also say Brandon sucks lmao but it’s his damn show so he’s not going anywhere.

@@BombzofJager that’s definitely a great point ! Great info for all here for any and all races. The journey of the struggle n making it out has many similarities no matter your race. Styles is so on point!!! When I was 38yo, I had ED, my blood flow was terrible, and I was overweight. I began a plant-based lifestyle, no meat, no dairy products, drinking a gallon of water a day, and plenty of natural herbs and vitamin intake daily. At 49yo, I've completely changed my health and I look younger now than I did in my 30's. We don't have to live or die with all kinds of health problems.

I've been watching shit on The Lox for six weeks now. All three of them, just brilliant. Styles P one of the best storytellers and communicators I've ever seen, really. He needs his own podcast.

This episode needed to be much longer! Bring Styles P back! With so much ignorance and misinformation within hip hop culture, we need way more of what Styles has to offer. These kids hang on to every word these artists, athletes and influencers say and do. Yet, so many of them are reckless with their platforms. We need more Styles Ps that aren’t afraid to call out ignorant thinking, behavior patterns and lifestyles, and say follow me as I live out the example. Much respect to him! 💯

Bro, when I took my physical for grad school at 28, My blood pressure was 147/92. When I moved away to school I stopped eating fast food, stop drinking soda, checking my sodium on everything, drank more water and my numbers got better. What did even more wonders was me lowering my stress and anxiety by working out and going to therapy. My numbers are normal now. Nearly 10 years later and I am the only one in my family not on pressure meds. Last check I was at 122/78. it can be done without meds. Wishing you the best 🙏🏾

I love SP’s passion for health and wellness! We can all make a difference and cause a ripple effect in our space to help each other make better health choices. I have been juicing for 25 years, this was before juicing and vegan was cool. I am about to be 51 and I feel fantastic. Anyone that enter my home will get a raw juice before they leave.
