I had vlogged the entire week (last week of apartment hunting) and there was so much going on. It was getting extremely long (i couldn't keep up myself). But we are so close wrapping up the hunt. @TishaShrestha I agree! The apartments looked clean and spacious. I wasn't sold on the one washer and dryer in the basement or the leak under the sink. Other than that, the apartments were nice.

@@linda.bay12 I mainly applied to #46 because of the price (approx.2,300), elevator & washer dryer. #44 mainly because of the closet, south facing windows & spacious living space. It reminded of how a nyc apartment looks like (like in the movies :)) minus the leak. Apt #43 was my fave

I can't say I have a favourite apartment, as you said, they all have their pros and cons and once you get in, you can make it home. I can just imagine the anxiety you are going through Tisha, I've been renting the same place in Calgary for 28 years. The landlord wanted to renovate so he gave me the option of moving or staying with a rent increase and no renos .I opted to stay because moving really sucks. My landlord has raised my rent 400.00 in the last two years because there is no rent cap in Alberta. If he raises it next year, I may be forced to move. I hope you find the perfect place for you and Chappy. I hope I spelled that right.😊

I have lived in SC all my life. My home after marriage was custom built and the first time I walked in I knew it was what I wanted. My kitchen has old brick. The cooktop and double ovens are built into the brick. The brick arch design has breakfast room and bay window on other side. Then when step down into den large old brick fireplace, 10 feet wide. Everyone loves my kitchen. I have lived here since 1977. I pray we never have to move. We looked for a year before we found our dream home.

I love the moving series! You have shown us so many beautiful appartments. But I hope for you, that it comes to an end soon 😅 for my liking I could watch these for a while! But I am really looking forward to the decorations and you moving in ❤ My faves are 43 and 44. they both have their advantages...#43 has a nice vibe with all the light, fireplace, sweet kitchen and looks clean, but you have to fit your bed and couch in there. #44 with the seperate sleeping room, love the half open kitchen and hugh closte space, but all in all a bit older, right? I have my fingets crossed, what a cliff hanger 🥲 but as we're watching it, I guess all the decisions are already made ✨ Iam looking forward ❤

Omg apartment hunting in NYC is no joke, you can’t sleep you have to run. I am in London and Ian my own house, not sure what the rental is in London. all I know that rental in the capital is way high too, but in the outskirts are a but cheaper, but obviously you have to factor in cost of travelling to work etc as UK public transport is not cheap, like say other European countries.
