Gift of Fish. Because it was made from fish. /jk The only heartbreaking thing about this outfit is that the fish scales aren't a separate item. I would have loved to use them with the Waves dress.

thats a good point.. in general i feel it's a waste when the outfit effects/abilities are "cosmetic" or pose related only but only work with the full outfit... if it isnt truly an ability it's kinda a waste
