I ironically used blue magic today with my wash and go. I swear best wash and go ever. Water, Blue magic, Wetline gel. For my hair perfect combo. Some volume on day one and minimal crunch. Definitely a game changer.

Truthfully speaking, I went back to Blue Magic because NOTHING was giving me the shine I had when I was a teenager and I wanted that shine back and it's also good for protecting your hair from heat. I'm not using anything else in my hair but I don't straighten my hair anymore I do intend to straighten it out this year just to see how much length I do have but after I straighten it out I'm going back to my natural curls. You think your hair shrinks up, you should see mine after I wash it 😁😁😁

Dang Landry beautiful Results & make up on point. I’m old school growing up our hair was done with Ultra Sheen green. This was the late fifties & early 60’s. So when I did my roller sets to break Lotta Body’s hold I’d grease my scalp & brush my hair with it & always a boar bristle brush. I still swear by boar bristle on my dry hair.

When I first started doing twist out that's all I used was Blue Magic w/my leave in condition. Then I would mix it w/Shea Moisture creme pudding. It lasted longer when I started mixing the two together. Love you videos

BEAUTIFUL!!! Sis you had me cracking up in this video!!! 🤣😂 I remember this grease too, even tho my mom never used it on my sister and I. We had cousins who used it tho. Because our hair was always thick and long, mom never liked to use super thick greases on us. For YEARS (until she could no longer find it in stores) she used Donnie’s on us and then Mane & Tail Conditioner and either BB super grow grease or African Pride to grease our scalp, because they were super light and literally melted on our scalps. We grew up natural so mom always used products that felt more like leave-in Conditioners for our ponytails and twists.

Try the grease as a oil and see how it works that way, do it as if you would do the loc method or lco method.

I appreciation you talking about how your hair flourished when you were a kid even though the main product being used was grease. I was just talking to my sister about how we used to pack our hair with either grease or gel every single day and our hair was long and strong. At the same time, we didn't know what we were doing.
