STYLING SHORT HAIR WITH A WAND

Just cut my hair at home in layers. Only took 2 mins. My husband Bought me one of these awhile back and it's been sitting in the box under my bathroom sink because of health issues I haven't wore makeup and don't do anything to myself anymore. I get a shower and struggle from day to day to do the small things alot of times. I love hair and makeup and nice clothes. I love to be a girly girl. So this week I done my nails and today I am using this to do my hair. Wish me luck! I'm 47 so my confidence is not as good as I would like but I'm gonna start trying to do better. You are Beautiful and remember no matter how old or what you are going through just push to do these little things because it makes a difference in our attitude❤ fixing to look up a tutorial on doing my eyebrows with a brow brush and coloring them in some. I do my eyebrows myself but never the brow brush! Wish me luck☝

Im not a stylist. I obtained my esthetician license back in 2012. I actually got on you tube in search of some tutorials on cutting hair and styling. I have been on the fence about returning to beauty school only in cosmetology this time around. Your videos have convinced me to do so. Im 51 but hey you're too old right? I have to agree that going from top to bottom looks easier and you get better results, ty for that suggestion. I have been watching several video's as well and you make it look fuss free and yet the end result is so beautiful. I'm glad I didn't give up looking around for ideas. I bought a tapered wand and I look forward to using it.

I went and got my super long, thin blonde hair cut like yours and tried to style it on my own and it ain't happenin'. Lol. My daughter is going to bring me a better wand since mine is not doing the job, but I look forward to the time when I can zip thru the styling process as you do. I just got my waste length hair cut really short into a Bob where the sides are longer than the back and I just came across this video for short hair. And I loved it. This is what I have been trying to achieve since I got my hair cut into an angled blunt lob, my hair is soooo flat that I find it so hard to do, constantly having to backcomb but I always end up looking like it’s flat to my head or Shirley temple 🤦🏼‍♀️

Aw thanks and hahaha omg making yourself look 90 your funny I doubt it, it probably looked just fine but one way to make curls look more casual is to keep the ends of the hair straight that’s definitely the ticket even if that means flat ironing some of the ends I sometimes do that to keep em messy ans casual when I’m going for that look

I have to try to find a hairdresser who can do the cut and color so can you tell me the cut name and color with the dark and light that I would ask for to get the color you have? I have strawberry blond hair and I like tbe dark color towards the roots etc makes your hair thicker and I need and want that as well. Thanks and really look forward to watching more videos...

Lovely. I love watching this...... I have fine, straight hair.... using my heat styler does not work like, for me. I have healthy hair, not frzzy, no split ends... but I still can’t just grab hair to curl or wave.. have to use a comb to appliance, to get my piece of hair I want to curl...... 😐

Love your hair and color. Had my hair cut to my shoulders. I like curling it aswell. I have the wand. Done it today actually 1st in ages. I find my hair clump together. And looks quite big. This looks fab. You could try scrunch drying your hair instead of blowdrying it first. So the hair that you don't touch underneath has more natural waves to it. I find scrunch drying my hair then using a wand gives it more volume. When I blowdry it first, the curls afterwards don't stay. Fizzes out. Maybe it's just my dumbarse wavy hair lol.

Thanks!! This color is highlighted to a pale banana yellow and toned with matrix 8v and only left on until I get desired shade not full time. Then the shampoo I mentioned is key to maintaining that ash blonde. Oh man don’t be fooled this is not a daily look for me usually it’s a messy bun haha. This is the last time I’ve gotten ready pretty much bahahaha. I kid but thanks for your kind comment ☺️

Could you please tell me how you got the color hair you have? From the color to the highlighting to the toner. Is the dark roots your natural color that grew out? What is the color number and what volume is it that you mix it with to get that color? Did you highlight after you colored?
