If you have flat feet that hurt, consider going to the podiatrist and getting custom orthotics. When I did a lot of walking and standing on my feet, my joints or feet began to hurt. Orthotics helped support my arch and pains went away. It is good to know that there are drugstore or online arches and they can be pricey, but they don't work as well or last as long. My podiatrist orthotics have lasted years and help tremendously.
