Thank GOD, indeed! I'm 67 and I lived in "the best of times" in the most free Country on Earth...(though the times they are a-changin'). I'm the prophesied return of the biblical prophet Elijah. And I'm a rock-and-roller who has seen many many major concerts. "Styx" was the first. I was a senior in high school in 1975 when they came to our tiny area and played at a high school football field in a nearby town. ("The Godz" opened for them, fittingly enough!) Little did I know t the time that I was preparing to "come sail away" in the US Navy. And GOD has talked to me through a number of their songs. Three other bands that GOD chose to address me through (big-time!) were: Grand Funk Railroad, The Moody Blues, and The Neville Brothers. As a prophet of GOD, I was sent to set the record straight. Because, the religions have corrupted the message. When GOD says "good news," GOD means GOOD NEWS!!!! "Just remember that it's a Grand Illusion, and deep inside we're all the same." EVERYONE, without prejudice!

I've seen them 10 or 11 times here in Boise. The only time they cut us kind of short was a few years ago, when there was a bus malfunction. Search Styx in my youtube channel. DDY couldn't keep up with this band. He has his own and sounds like a lounge singer. He has a look alike Styx band and his wife pretends to sing backup. You can still see him sing on Utube. I don't remember him playing keyboards but just positioned as a lead singer. He is truly comical. Some of the things he says makes you break out laughing.

@catherineferguson7646 To many drugs are clouding your judgment and I don't know when you started seeing Styx but for me it was 1979 and DDY still sounds great and yes he played the keyboards which tells me you don't know the original Styx not to know that and still will put DDY up against that want to be Lawrence Gowan anyday.
