酸化銀電池(SR44)から銀を取り出してみました。
結果は、最初に計算した理論通りでした。
比較的簡単に銀を取り出すことができます。
濃塩酸を使用するので、適切な防護具を使用してください。
＊この実験は、知識のないものが行うと猛毒の塩化水銀 HgCl2 が生成される恐れがあり非常に危険です。塩化水銀は皮膚から吸収され、沸点は302℃と低いため最後の溶解工程で気化した塩化水銀の猛毒フュームを吸引する可能性があります。
＊少なくとも化学系の専門教育を受けた者が緻密な実験計画を立てて行ってください。
Used batteries are usually thrown into the trash box, but it may contains silver.
Today I tried to smelt pure silver from button coin cell batteries(SR44, silver oxide batteries).
Result is similar to theory.
This procedure requires dangerous acid(35% HCl), do not try without safety equipment.
*This experiment is extremely dangerous if performed by an uninformed person, as it may result in the formation of mercury chloride HgCl2, which is highly poisonous. Mercury chloride is also absorbed through the skin, and since its boiling point is as low as 302℃, there is a possibility of inhaling the vaporized gas during the melting process.
*At least one person with specialized training in chemistry should plan the experiment carefully.

Sorry but I call BS here, for a start the silver that is dissolved in solution would be silver chloride and would not then be turned to metallic silver by heating, so I've no idea what that crusty end result was, this is a amusing what not to do clip.
